About the mission we offer you: Define project objectives in terms of duration and resources, to pilot the project status and to ensure the forecast reliability and successful completion of the Project. • GENERAL: To develop a schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy. To plan in order to mitigate risks To define and optimize the necessary resources (E-P-C-I) To define the planning & scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, Physical progress, dashboards, etc) • PROPOSAL: To conduct contract review and advise the management on contractual qualifications. To define a realistic and feasible contract duration for execution for the management, the proposal manager and the estimation department. • PROJECT: Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of project planning & Scheduling systems (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, Dashboards, etc…) To define the project breakdown structures To plan so as to ensure the work fronts at site and timely deliveries. To plan in order to mitigate risks To get client approval of progress claimed or milestones achievement in order to Enable invoicing To increase project team members awareness of the project milestones, main Durations and critical paths To monitor and control the project status to detect any delay and to propose Corrective actions in order to mitigate risks and prevent any delay when assigned to project as and when necessary. To anticipate opportunities for extension of time To provide project feedback and lessons learned in order to improve the planning & scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of planning department. Usually manage a team of planning executives or engineers mainly on medium size And large epc projects. • SOFTWARE Strong Competencies to Operate P6 / MSP /MS Excel • NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of office 365 tools for efficient work collaboration Knowledge of PowerBI for digital reporting Knowledge of 4D planning knowledge of advanced planning tools (Acumen Fuse, OPRA, etc …) Starting Date: Immediately About you: Degree in engineering or other degree holder with confirmed and relevant experience in project execution 5 plus-year experience in oil & gas planning and scheduling. Management capabilities Deep knowledge of scheduling computer tools Deep knowledge in E, P, C, I work processes.
