Ensure superior merchandising standards within designated store areas, creating visually appealing, space-efficient, and secure product displays. Assist store management in training and supervising part-time employees. Process cash register transactions accurately and manage register floats efficiently. Complete bank deposits accurately and maintain balanced records. Follow retail policies related to inventory control, sales procedures, and more. Perform daily store and fixture maintenance to ensure tidiness is maintained. Enforce store standards in the absence of store manager or assistant manager. Ensure building security through proper use of alarm systems and security devices. Open and close the store in accordance with plaza hours of business. Develop a strong understanding of the high-end kitchenware specialty business, including awareness of competitor products and pricing. Fulfill other duties as directed by store management. Supporting Factory Direct Sales outside of the store environment Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years retail experience with a foundational understanding of team leadership. Problem-solving abilities in situations involving various variables. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays.
