DEPARTMENT: TSLOTS JOB TITLE: Team Leader (Captain) REPORTS TO: Department Facilitator SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our TSLOTS team. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Ensure the team is operating safely and processing material in a timely manner • Managing a team of production associates/machine operators • Contribute to team productivity • Assist team members in measuring parts to customer expectations • Identify and prioritize workflow based on production volume • Assign team members to tasks for efficient production • Identify and correct potential delays and problems in production • Able to understand and help design fixtures • Manage & conduct safety training • Drive process adherence • Maintain accurate inventories through cycle counts & inventory adjustments • Ability to critically analyze blueprints • Ability to calculate speeds and feeds • Know basic shop floor programming on CNC machines • Assist or perform set-ups on Manual Mill • Assist department engineer and Facilitator • Work collaboratively with adjacent departments Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements: • Ability to coach, develop and lead production employees • Strong problem solving and advanced math skills • Communicating needs between various departments • Accuracy and attention to detail • Maintain excellent attendance What You’ll Need: • High School Diploma/GED preferred • Pass company background check and drug screen What You’ll Love About Us: • Medical, Dental, Life Insurance • Matched 401k • Paid Vacation
