What You’ll Do · Set up and operate pipe and tube bending equipment to produce parts to specification · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions · Select tooling and make adjustments to ensure accurate bends and quality output · Measure and inspect parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges · Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues and communicate with team members as needed · Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes · Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines · Keep work area clean, organized, and safe following 5S and safety standards What We’re Looking For · Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing preferred · Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions · Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements · Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements · Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes · Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Nice to Have (But Not Required) · Experience with tube/pipe bending or similar equipment · Familiarity with CNC or automated machinery · Experience working with thin-wall materials or tight-radius bends Why Join Wagner? · Employee-Owned (ESOP) – You share in the company’s success · Stable, growing company with consistent work · Opportunity to learn specialized, high-demand skills · Collaborative team environment · Competitive pay and benefits Physical Requirements · Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment · Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs · Ability to use hands, tools, and equipment throughout the shift Work Schedule 1st Shift – Flexible Schedules Available! Responsibilities
