Description We are hiring an experienced Tube Bending Setup Technician to support production across multiple machines. This is a skilled, hands-on role focused on machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality — not just operating. Equipment Used: Horn tube benders Eagle bending machines Addison benders Crippa CNC tube bending systems Responsibilities: Set up and change over tube bending machines Install and adjust tooling (dies, mandrels, wipers, clamps) Read and interpret blueprints and bend specifications Perform first-piece inspections and make adjustments Troubleshoot issues such as wrinkling, flattening, and springback Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap Requirements 3+ years of tube bending setup experience Experience with tooling and machine adjustments Ability to read blueprints Strong troubleshooting skills Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid time off Paid Holidays This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician looking for stable work and growth.
