About us The ESA Business Accelerator Germany (ESA BAG) is a joint initiative of TUM Venture Labs, UnternehmerTUM, and acitoflux, operating under mandate from DLR and ESA. The program supports Space scale-ups at a critical growth stage, combining a structured curriculum with access to industry networks, investors, and strategic guidance on topics such as institutional relations, compliance, and capital strategy. As Project Manager, you will serve as the central operational and strategic interface between the program, scale-ups, and the broader ecosystem, directly contributing to turning deep-tech ideas into viable space ventures.
