This role comes under our Inflight Dubai Umbrella and we are looking for a Certified Tunnel Instructor who will brief new trainee and pro-flyers combining safety instructions and efficient customer service to deliver high-quality indoor skydiving experiences, aiming to be both educational and enjoyable to participants of all skill levels. Responsibilities Welcoming participants warmly and brief them before the session to ensure safety and effective learning. Conducting pre-flight briefings for guests, explaining safety procedures, body flight techniques, and equipment usage. Providing hands-on instruction and coaching to individuals and groups, both beginners and advanced flyers. Responsible of creating a supportive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, encourage participants to challenge themselves and progress, and ensure that each session meets the individual goals and expectations of the flyer. Well assist international coaches during bootcamps/private sessions, making sure safety with full responsibility as in hours Tunnel Instructor. Prioritize and uphold safety standards within the wind tunnel environment. Professionally trained to operate/drive the wind tunnel. Feedback and Progress Assessment during and after each flight session, to help participants improve their skills. Assistance and upselling of time and merchandise to customers. Maintaining tunnel operation and discipline. Monitoring and supervising guests during flight sessions to ensure safety protocols are followed. Performing demonstration flights to showcase proper techniques and maneuvers. Assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the wind tunnel and related equipment. Upholding customer service standards by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Conducting debriefings after flights to provide feedback and encouragement to flyers. Participating in continuous training and professional development to enhance instructional skills and maintain IBA certification. Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications IBA Instructor Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, computer science, information systems is required.
