The project: We are presently searching for a Tunneling Lead to join our growing team in Manila, Philippines. In this role, the successful candidate will work as the client representative, supporting with project management to ensure the timely delivery of a major tunnelling project in Manila. You’ll be responsible for: Leading in the delivery of small to large tunnelling projects, applying best practice project management methodologies. The management of budgets, commercial controls and financial performance, ensuring robust governance and reporting. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve programme, cost and quality outcomes. Identify, mitigate and manage project risks, driving proactive early warning and issue resolution. Support bids, fee proposals and account growth through strong commercial insight. Ensure safe, compliant construction delivery, underpinned by recognised professional and safety credentials. You’ll need to have: Chartered membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional standing. Extensive experience delivering complex property or infrastructure projects through construction and completion. Strong commercial and financial acumen supporting robust governance, fee management and compliant decision making. Proven leadership of large, diverse teams and senior stakeholder relationships. Sound technical knowledge of health, safety, sustainability and carbon considerations impacting project outcomes.
