The Regional Operations Support team work closely with our site technicians and operational department to ensure all turbines and platfroms are working effectively and efficiently adhering to our clients strict operation requirements. At times there may be software and systems issues which require expert knowledge to ascetain, troubleshoot and provide fast solutions for.
You will work with an extremely professional team who have a wealth of knowledge to share to help the team succeed together.
Tasks and duties to be completed in this role include but are not limited to ensuring sufficient and capable engineering resources and continuously develop competences within Turbines to meet service demands. Working through advanced diagnostics and continuous monitoring, to improve performance of existing parks/WTGs and deploy maintenance actions via the Service team. You will be expected to report potential new CIM candidates and participate in CIM Case solution development.
Along with first-hand support for serious incident investigation including collection of data, preliminary cause of failure.
Perform engineering of local options that does not affect “Form, Fit & Function” for service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Trade Qualification/Engineering Degree
  • Experience in asset and/or performance management
Responsibilities
  • You will analyze data from the wind farms via our SCADA systems and provide recommendations to internal and external teams
  • Perform operational analysis of wind farms such as availability of wind farms and lost production factor (LPF), improve and maintain the availability and LPF of all our farms as per contractual requirements
  • Conduct regular wind farm reliability meetings with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining project processes involving technical and commercialresponses to internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively look for improvement opportunities based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and improve the overall performance of all wind farm assets
