As a Turf Route Manager, you will be responsible for managing a route of 400–500 customers, delivering excellent account management and customer service. You will perform turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services. Responsibilities Manage and maintain a route of 400–500 residential and commercial lawn care customers • Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments • Provide exceptional customer service and account management • Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients • Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions What We Look for in a RYAN Turf Route Manager • Self-motivated • Career-focused and driven • Thrives in a structured environment and is detail-oriented • Enjoys building relationships with customers, employees, and industry partners Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of experience in the green or agricultural industry preferred Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus Valid Driver’s License and DOT certification required Holds a state-issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass) Ability to lift 50 pounds ** SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
