The Role We’re on the lookout for a Turf Specialist to join our team of motivated landscaping pros. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our high-end residential lawns stay healthy, vibrant, and picture-perfect. Think: precision mowing, perfect edges, expert turf treatments, and solving irrigation puzzles like a boss. You’ll Thrive Here If You: Can mow lawns and trim edges to a showroom standard Know how to spot and treat pests and diseases before they spread Have great knowledge of fertilisers and when to apply them Understand irrigation systems and can adjust or troubleshoot when needed Love working outdoors and aren’t scared of a bit of rain, sun, or mud Bring a positive attitude, a good sense of humour, and strong work ethic to the team A completed Turf Apprenticeship is a bonus, but not essential if you’ve got the skills and drive.
