BAM'S Landscaping & Lawn Care is currently seeking a Turfgrass Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Calibration of equipment. Continuing education/training. Pesticide/fertilizer applications. Soil test taking. Light administrative tasks (i.e record keeping). Turf diagnosing. Use of a smartphone and other related tasks. Qualifications: We are seeking a problem-solver and a DOER that can make our lawns the best on the block! Must strive for quality, have great communication skills, and be a team player. Certification is not a requirement (we can train) BUT we will give preference to applicants who have it (MDA Applicators license 3C & Fertilizer License). You can operate under our Business Applicator's License and expedite your training to get your own license! At least 3 years in the field or similar industry w/ knowledge of turfgrass management. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a drug test. Competitive wages. Opportunities for advancement possible based on experience and work ethic. Responsibilities

The Turfgrass Specialist will be responsible for calibrating equipment, applying pesticides and fertilizers, conducting soil tests, and diagnosing turf issues. Light administrative tasks such as record keeping and continuing education will also be part of the role.
