We’re looking for a skilled Turkish Chef who can bring passion, precision, and creativity to our kitchen.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Cook charcoal-grilled kebabs and shish, including lamb, chicken, and mixed platters
  • Master dishes like lahmacun, ali nazik, and köfte
  • Craft traditional Turkish soups such as mercimek (lentil), ezogelin, and yayla
  • Assemble fresh salads like çoban salatası, gavurdağı, and bulgur salad
  • Bake and present Turkish desserts, especially baklava, sütlaç, and künefe
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory and assist with sourcing authentic ingredients
  • Innovate seasonal specials while preserving traditional flavors
