This position allows you to work in beautiful Bulgaria, with paid relocation included. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our Turkish-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our offerings. Responsibilities Assist Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to products and services. Provide clear and accurate information on service offerings, account management, and troubleshooting assistance. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction in every interaction. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure consistency and track feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively. Stay abreast of company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide relevant support. Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for roles in related fields. Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers. Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with company support. A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
