Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services. Build, update, and maintain a complete customer database. Expand and consolidate the customer portfolio. Record call history and customer responses accurately. Ensure consistent follow‑up with prospects and clients. Monitor competitors and support the development of sales strategies. Address customer needs and inquiries effectively. Language: Native‑level Turkish (C2) and good English proficiency. Experience: Minimum 14 months in sales and customer interaction; fast learner with adaptability. Autonomy: Able to work independently with moderate supervision. CRM: Strong experience using CRM tools to manage interactions and support sales processes. Communication: Clear, structured communicator who contributes actively to team discussions. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles and operational improvement. Personal Traits: Proactive, motivated, customer‑oriented, and collaborative. Turkish Market Expertise Deep understanding of Turkish business culture and regional differences to tailor sales strategies. Familiarity with key economic sectors and their specific needs.
