TURNDOWN ATTENDANT (MID & PM SHIFTS)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Turndown Attendant to join our team. This position is primarily scheduled during mid and evening shifts and focuses on creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for our guests. The goal is to enhance the guest experience by ensuring rooms are refreshed, organized, and guest-ready at the end of the day.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently during evening shifts while staying motivated
  • Professional, courteous, and guest-service oriented
  • Good prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities
  • Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms according to hotel standards
  • Refresh towels, amenities, and supplies as needed
  • Prepare the room for the evening (adjust lighting, close drapes, arrange bedding, etc.)
  • Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly
  • Restock housekeeping carts with supplies to prepare for the following day
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or security concerns immediately
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
