Act as focal point for technical inputs related to tendering, technical evaluations, and contract presentations within the assigned area. Establish, maintain, and report the master planning schedule across all phases of the Turnaround, including progress monitoring, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions, while controlling scope changes through a structured process. Initiate and manage all required work orders and activities in SAP systems with realistic duration estimates, ensuring timely availability of resources, materials, and spare parts. Coordinate closely with all stakeholders, including contractors, to ensure proper schedule development in Primavera, effective resource allocation and leveling, and alignment of execution strategies and job priorities. Participate in and facilitate coordination meetings across all disciplines for overall planning, scope challenge, contractor alignment, and closeout activities. Ensure implementation of all approved recommendations and actions for the upcoming Turnaround within the assigned area. Integrate all scopes - maintenance, projects, inspection, operations, and support functions—into a single unified execution plan. Develop and maintain a controlled master worklist, ensuring all scope changes are managed through a formal change management process. Lead scope challenge and optimization efforts to ensure inclusion of only justified and critical activities. Ensure scope development is comprehensive, incorporating inputs from inspection findings, asset integrity requirements, risk assessments, engineering studies, past performance, lessons learned, and operational constraints. Perform detailed scope refinement, including manpower, materials, tools, execution methodology, and contingency planning. Plan and manage procurement by identifying long-lead and short-lead materials in alignment with schedule requirements. Develop and maintain integrated schedules, including critical path identification and management of near-critical activities impacting Turnaround duration.
