Wat is de rol? De Turnaround (T/A) Werkvoorbereider/Field Coordinator vervult de rol van werkvoorbereider in de T/A voorbereidingsfase en gaat over in de rol van TA Field Coordinator tijdens de uitvoering van deze T/A. De T/A Werkvoorbereider/Field Coordinator is een sleutel interface tussen NAM Operaties, NAM Inspectie, Engineering Disciplines en Contractors op het gebied van (o.a.) scope, materialen, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering en is betrokken in het gehele Turnaround proces (-2 jaar t/m close-out van de T/A). Tevens is de T/A FieldCo een vervanger van de T/A Coordinator. Wat ga je doen? Primaire Verantwoordelijkheden Voorbereidingsfase De verzamelde, gechallengde en geoptimaliseerde scope voorzien van budget en gereed maken (in samenwerking met contractor) voor het werkvoorbereidingsproces (denk aan verzamelen tekeningen, relevante werkinstructies, materialen) Opstellen van een geoptimaliseerde final scope freeze lijst, in samenwerking met de Turnaround Coordinator Het overdragen van de scope aan contractor Het verduidelijken van de scope en gereed maken voor werkvoorbereiding Challengen en verduidelijken van alle verzoeken van scope uitvoering volgens het T/A scope proces Het initiëren en coördineren van uitvoer van de pre-inspecties voorafgaand aan de T/A Indentificeren en verwijzen waar nodig naar de procedures en werkvoorschriften (b.v. Veiligstelling/Afblinden, werkvergunningsprocedure, betreden besloten ruimte enz.) Reviewen van de gemaakte werkpakketten van de uitvoerende contractors en fabrikanten Management of Change: monitort veranderingen voor scope; informeert en ondersteunt T/A Coordinator op het managen van deze veranderingen Uitvoeringsfase In de uitvoering waarborgt de Field Coordinator dat de activiteiten op efficiënte uitvoering conform afspraken/werkmethoden, efficiënt en in overeenstemming met de van toepassing zijnde doelstellingen en randvoorwaarden worden uitgevoerd. Zijn/ haar rol is het beheeren van de interfaces tussen NAM (Area) disciplines en de contractor in uitvoering en werkt hierin nauw samen met Contractors, Operations, Project en (Area) Disciplines met als doel het leveren van een T/A volgens overeengekomen budget en planning. Aanspreekpunt voor contractors om veiligheidsprestatie zeker te stellen op de locatie, in samenwerking met NAM Operaties/Locatie verantwoordelijke persoon Houdt het meerwerk bij en doet waar nodig ook voorbereiding tot uitvoering Controleert uitvoering in het veld op afgesproken werkmethoden, beleid en werkprocedures Valideert dat werkpaketten conform afspraak zijn uitgevoerd en zijn terug gerapporteerd en overgedragen worden vanuit de contractor aan NAM Stelt zeker dat werk uitgevoerd wordt volgens het afgesproken T/A Plan en de Planning. Escaleert naar T/A Coordinator wanneer de doelen niet bereikt kunnnen worden Post turnaroundfase Archiveert relevante documentatie en werkpakketten Neemt deel aan After Action Reviews Wat we van je nodig hebben (Zeer) ervaren in onderhoud, met aantoonbare jaren ervaring in olie & gas; heeft bewezen capaciteiten in de uitvoering van onderhoud. De T/A werkvoorbereider/Field Coordinator heeft een goed begrip van verschillende technische disciplines met vaardigheid in het inkoopproces en SAP Een Supervisor met aanzienlijke jaren ervaring in olie & gas, heeft zich in toezichthoudende vaardigheden bewezen, heeft expertise in een discipline (bij voorkeur E&I en/of mechanische statische apparatuur), schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden en is vaardig in het coördineren van de uitvoering van veld activiteiten, bij voorkeur op het gebied van onderhoud. The Turnaround (T/A) Work Preparator/Field Coordinator will play dual role, preparing work during the T/A planning phase and transitioning into the Field Coordinator role during execution. This person is key interface between NAM Operations, NAM Inspection, Engineering Disciplines and Contractors, covering scope, materials, work preparation and execution. They are involved throughout the entire Turnaround process (from -2 years to close-out). The Field Coordinator also acts as backup for the Turnaround Coordinator. What Will You Do Preparation Phase Provide budgeted, challenged, and optimized scope (in collaboration with contractor) for the work preparation process (e.g., collecting drawings, work instructions, materials) Create final optimized scope freeze list with Turnaround Coordinator Transfer scope to contractor Clarify scope and prepare it for work preparation Challenge and clarify all scope execution requests per the T/A scope process Initiate and coordinate pre-inspections before the T/A Identify and refer to procedures and work instructions (e.g., isolation/blinding, work permit procedures, confined space entry) Review work packages from contractors and manufacturers Monitor scope changes (Management of Change); inform and support the T/A Coordinator in managing these changes Execution Phase During execution phase the T/A Field Coordinator ensures activities are carried out efficiently, according to agreements and methods aligned with objectives and constraints. They manage interfaces between NAM (Area) disciplines and contractors, working closely with Contractors, Operations, Projects and Disciplines to deliver T/A within budget and schedule. Point of contact for contractors to ensure safety performance on-site in collaboration with NAM Operations/LVP Tracks additional work and prepares for execution as needed Monitors field execution against agreed methods, policies and procedures Validates that work packages are executed as agreed and properly reported and handed over from contractor to NAM Ensures work is performed according to the agreed T/A Plan and Schedule. Escalates to T/A Coordinator if goals are not met Post-Turnaround Phase Archives relevant documentation and work packages Participates in After Action Reviews What We Need From You Highly experienced in turnaround/shutdowns with proven capability in maintenance execution. T/A Work Preparator/Field Coordinator should have solid understanding of various technical disciplines and be skilled in procurement and SAP systems Proven technical skills with discipline expertise (preferably E&I and/or mechanical static equipment), strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of coordinating field activities, preferably in maintenance.
