As we embark on this thrilling new chapter, we are searching for a skilled and dedicated Turndown Assistant to join our team and be a part of this exciting new world.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and organised
  • Make beds and change linens as required
  • Clean and sanitise bathrooms and replenish supplies
  • Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs
  • Empty and dispose of trash in an environmentally friendly manner
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and report any shortages
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
