We’re looking for a Turndown Attendant who brings elegance, care and precision to our evening service — ensuring every guest returns to a room that feels calm, refreshed and ready for rest. Your role in the journey As Turndown Attendant, you’ll be responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening — refreshing the space, creating a sense of calm, and ensuring every detail reflects our five-star standards. Your responsibilities include: Providing turndown service in guest rooms with care and consistency. Refreshing rooms and preparing them for the evening. Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment. Working efficiently and with attention to detail. Supporting the housekeeping team when needed. Qualifications What you’ll bring Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts. A passion for delivering exceptional service and quality. Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel. Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus. A guest-first mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
