The company specializes in complex, low-volume, high-mix production of parts and assemblies for European industries, delivering quality at every stage – from individual components to large, multi-part systems.
They believe that the perfect product is created where cutting-edge technology meets skilled craftsmanship. That’s why they are now looking for a dedicated CNC Lathe Operator to strengthen their growing team.
Your Responsibilities
Machine various materials into high-precision components using CNC lathes
Interpret technical drawings and 3D models to plan machining steps and choose clamping methods
Independently program, set up and operate CNC-controlled lathes
Perform quality checks and measurements during and after production
Share feedback on manufacturability – your craftsmanship and opinion matter!
Ensure the product meets the highest quality standards before it reaches the client
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with independent machine setup and programming
High precision, responsibility, and attention to detail
Communicative English (A2 level) – for instructions and team communication
What We Offer:
€19.43 gross/hour base wage
Day shift: 07:30–16:30 (Mon–Thu), Friday until 13:30
38h 45min work week – enjoy early weekends
