What We’re Looking For: INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Turnover Cleaner for a property located in St. Cloud, MN. Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month) - This may require you to stand on ladders to clean light fixtures, and crouch very low to clean out bottom cupboards. Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention.
