Description General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for an experienced and certified Turnover Coordinator for our apartment communities in the Richmond, VA area! Job Responsibilities: Overall hands-on organization of the renovations team Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure renovations run smoothly Schedule upgrades for units Order materials Ensure completion of HVAC unit repairs Prepare units for move-ins Repair and/or install all appliances as necessary Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations Maintain paperwork Requirements To be a top candidate: Must have at least 3 years’ experience in general building maintenance EPA certification(s) are a plus Have a vast knowledge of electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, appliance repairs, and interior/exterior maintenance Benefits GSC offers competitive compensation along with a full benefits package: Employee rental discount Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) and HSA Match Paid Holidays, Paid Sick and Paid Vacation Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Identity Theft Protection Legal Resources A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and passing of a criminal background check required.
