Position: Apartment Turnovers - Maintenance Technician Location: Merrick Place - Lexington, KY Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour (based on experience), plus commissions and incentives Make an Impact As a Turnover Technician with Towne Properties, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing apartment homes for new residents and keeping our community looking its best.
