REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent).
✔ Relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent – desirable).
✔ Experience in delivering Business Admin, Customer Service, or Team Leading apprenticeships.
✔ Strong industry knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship frameworks/standards.
✔ Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

As a Tutor/Assessor, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to apprentices.
  • Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their journey.
  • Assess portfolios and ensure learners meet the required standards.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (online & face-to-face).
  • Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with awarding body requirements.
