Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ lives by providing personalized academic support. If you have a passion for education and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students
- Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans
- Create engaging and interactive lessons that align with students’ needs and goals
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance students’ understanding of the subject matter
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure continuity in learning
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students of different ages and learning styles
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and subjects simultaneously

Please note that this is not a full-time position. The schedule will vary based on student needs, but flexibility is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
