THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor or Higher Level Teaching Assistant(HLTA) to deliver high-quality Maths, English and PSHE sessions to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Working across three days per week, you will support small groups of learners, tailoring content to meet individual needs, build confidence and promote engagement. You will play a pivotal role in helping students re-engage with education and develop the skills they need to progress both academically and personally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in Maths, English and PSHE for KS3 and KS4 students
• Create a positive and supportive classroom culture where every student feels valued
• Assess learning and provide constructive feedback to students and line managers
• Contribute to students’ social and emotional development through holistic and pastoral support
• Collaborate with the AEP team to ensure a consistent, student-focused approach to education
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports for schools and other stakeholders
