ABOUT THE ROLE
The Royal College of Art (RCA) is seeking a dynamic and accomplished artist or art theorist to join the MA Painting Programme as a Tutor (Research). This part-time position (0.6 FTE) offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of contemporary painting through teaching, research, and critical discourse.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in research and professional practice, with an internationally recognised profile in contemporary art. They will engage with postgraduate students in a studio-based environment, fostering an inclusive and expansive approach to painting that critically examines its histories, materiality, and potential within today’s global and intercultural contexts.
