Job Title: Contract Tutor
Organization: Rose Family Counseling Center
Location: In‑home & community-based (Northwest Indiana)
Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Friday, choose your own hours

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required: Associate’s degree or a minimum of 60 credit hours in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and ≥1 year of case management, tutoring, or teaching experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

Rose Family Counseling Center is seeking enthusiastic and reliable tutors to work with school-aged youth in Northwest Indiana. You’ll provide in-home and community-based tutoring designed to elevate students to meet Indiana Department of Education academic standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and deliver personalized tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s needs and goals
• Develop lesson plans, activities, and worksheets that align with school curriculum and state learning benchmarks
• Collaborate with students, parents, and guardians to monitor progress and address challenges
• Keep organized records of session content and student progress
