JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic conflict management Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping learners achieve their academic goals. As a Tutor, you will work closely with learners to provide personalised instruction and support, fostering an engaging learning environment that caters to individual needs during courses. Each candidate will need the minimum Level 3, Education and Training Qualification. We will register successful candidate’s on the Highfield Qualifications Registered Tutors List as required by the Government. You will officially be given a tutor registration number to enable you to deliver our courses.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is highly desirable, particularly in subjects relevant to the needs of the students.
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus, enabling you to support diverse learners effectively.
• Strong communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly and building rapport with students of all ages.

Work Location: In perso

• Provide group tutoring sessions in various subjects, conflict management, adapting teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles of each student.
• You will be provided with a conflict management presentation that you will follow to teach learners.
• Assist students with exam preparation, and understanding complex concepts.
• Develop tailored lesson plans and educational materials that align with the course standards.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Communicate effectively with learners.
• Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and motivation in learning.
• Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching strategies into sessions.
