We are a well-established boutique tutoring centre with over 15 years of experience, providing personalized tutoring in Maths, English, and Science to local students from Prep to Year 12. Our relaxed and supportive culture encourages students to grow, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals. As we expand, we are looking for passionate and skilled tutors to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic tutors who can teach students across Primary, Secondary, and VCE levels in Maths, English, and Science. Many positions are available, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a wide range of students.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience tutoring students at Primary, Secondary, or VCE levels.
• Strong knowledge in Maths, English, and/or Science (VCE knowledge a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to motivate and engage students with different learning styles.
• Previous experience in education or tutoring is preferred, but not essential.
• A friendly, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Must have completed VCE

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Maths, English, and Science for students from Prep to Year 12.
• Develop and deliver engaging, personalised lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
• Help students build a strong understanding of key concepts while boosting their confidence in their academic abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and relaxed learning environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative team of tutors to share resources and best practices.
