We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Study Programme Tutor to join our post-16 and SEND courses. The ideal candidate will be organized, hardworking, and passionate about supporting disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. If you are committed to professional growth and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you. Experience working with children and strong communication skills are essential. You will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
Salary: £27,810.00 - £36,048.97 dependant on qualifications/experience, this will be pro rate based on 45 weeks - term time - proof of qualifications essential

Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the initial assessment process, student inductions, and identifying learning gaps.
  • Supporting students to improve their learning and performance through the development of study skills.
  • Taking responsibility for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students with a wide range of learning barriers and/or SEND.
