This opening is on behalf of one of our clients, and we’ll work closely with you to make the process clear and straightforward. Role Overview We are looking for accomplished Finnish Tutors to contribute their expertise across a range of disciplines. In this role, you will design, evaluate, and review advanced academic prompts that assess critical thinking, reasoning, and language subject mastery. Your work will play a key role in improving AI models by ensuring they can handle complex, higher-level questions effectively. Responsibilities Create structured, graduate-level tasks, prompts, and problem sets in your area of expertise. Quality assurance: Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and rigor. Pinpoint where models fail to reason correctly and provide expert corrections. Maintain clear, organized records of tasks, solutions, and evaluations. Notes: This will be a part-time role, distributed across the week, compensated based on productivity and output delivered. While the project timeline may evolve and extend, meaning the contract duration is not fixed, this flexibility often opens the door to continued collaboration as new needs and opportunities arise. The role is 100% remote, flexible hours 10-20 hours/week commitment. Paid by hours logged and approved. Contracting Model Strong subject knowledge in one or more disciplines with experience teaching in schools, colleges, or as a private tutor. Excellent academic writing and analytical skills. Ability to design structured, verifiable assessment questions.
Responsibilities
