The successful candidate will be working on our Relational Mentoring service and play a key role in our enterprise. You will inspire positive change in your customers and strive to empower individuals to reveal the right journey for them. Our service is unique in the sense that no two customers will have the same journey.
As a Tutor you will take ownership of your own caseload of customers, delivering 121 learning and support to achieve both accredited and non-accredited learning outcomes to help them achieve their goals through multiple channels and tailoring appropriate and creative learning opportunities.
You will have a teaching qualification to level 5, be qualified to level 3 in English and Maths and the ability to find innovative ways to engage and support your customers, to help identify and find informed solutions to your customer’s learning needs. You will also be effective with the use of technology and key software packages such as MS Office.
