JOB SUMMARY

The Center Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our educational center. This position requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about education and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment for both students and staff. The Center Manager will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating programs, and ensuring that all educational objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of educational practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential; classroom experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
