ROLE Manage the operations of multiple tutoring centres, ensuring consistency in quality, culture, and performance Assist in delivering and facilitating staff training sessions, helping team members develop their skills and align with company standards. Conduct academic assessments to identify student needs and trackliase with parents about the results. Maintain and promote a fun, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for both students and staff. Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems. REMUNERATION Casual position $30 - $34 per hour + Super WHO IS THIS FOR?
