Proficient in English
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees welcome
- 1-2+ years of experience working in recruitment or operations
- Superior planning and organisational skills
- Proficient and confident in utilizing tools such as the MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, HRIS/recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Lite Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills, a strong team player, and the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to unforeseen changes in the hiring process.
- A high degree of empathy and deep cross-cultural comfort
- Comfort receiving feedback and reverting immediately
- Sound judgement—and knowing when to ask for support!
- Resilience when working independently under pressure
Sourcing tutor profiles and hiring tutors based on specific regional needs.
- Building a strong understanding of capstone product in order to identify best-fit tutors
- Coordinating all aspects of the online induction, service and transition for Crimson’s tutors, mentors and consultants (TMC’s); including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Building and maintaining all relevant TMC records, including all feedback, and passing relevant reports to Service Leadership
- Managing the relevant email accounts, answering all questions from tutors and ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
- Coordinating the career progress for TMCs – giving them opportunities to participate in other Crimson functions
- Analysing sales, service and product data to deliver insights and projects that improve Tutoring business outcomes
- Other tasks as needed by Service and Tutor leadership
- Lead the recruitment portfolio with a strong lens for innovative, opportunities and proactive process improvement.
- End to end recruitment of roles, including drafting job descriptions and ads, posting roles and proactive sourcing, and screening candidates

The Tutoring Recruitment Associate for the Capstone product will help implement and drive value, whilst exerting the capability to engage in a diverse stakeholder group. You’re an energetic person who loves collaborating with other members of the People Team and People Leaders, but can equally get out there and create your own content or drive your own initiatives. We are looking for someone that is passionate and will hustle to achieve excellent results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Tutoring Recruitment Associate for the Capstone product, you will be an integral part of the Capstone team, responsible for hiring mentors who will guide students in developing personalized leadership projects. These projects are a vital component of the students’ college application process, showcasing their interests, creativity, and initiative.
