Organized and approachable tutors who can empower students to improve their confidence, strive their best and achieve their goals. Subject areas including:
1.Grade 1 -6 Primary School (Mathematics/English)
2.Year 7 – 10 Secondary School (Mathematics/English/Science)
3.Year 11-12 All VCE Subjects
Tutoring Location
*Mainly working at our Tutoring Centre, Kew library and Ivanhoe Library
*Some lessons may be taught in a local library or in client’s home
You Should
*Be qualified Primary or Secondary Teachers or Trainee Teachers or students currently studying in teaching field OR
*Be university students who have achieved an ATAR score of over 90 and be currently achieving excellent Uni academic results. OR
*Be university students/graduates who can teach either Maths or English at Year 12 Level.
*Have teaching or tutoring experience will be an advantage
*Have excellent communication skills in English is essential.
*Be able to work without supervision, punctual and have excellent personal presentation.
*Have own transport will be an advantage.
*Be able to work a minimum of 4 hours each week.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mitcham, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Working with Children Check (Preferred)
• Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
