JOB DESCRIPTION

Work Term: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
As the TV Activation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ TV campaigns by handling various aspects of planning, buying, stewardship, traffic, and billing processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of these campaigns and ensure effective communication within the agency teams.

YOUR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



    • Experience in coordinating TV buying, both Network and Cable (National & Local), preferably within a Media agency setting

    • Proficiency in TV planning and analysis tools, along with experience using buy management software such as EAS or MediaOcean
    • Solid working experience with Powerpoint and Excel, enabling you to create compelling presentations and manage data effectively
    • Having worked with pharma clients
