1. 系統開發與維護：負責保單管理系統中 - 保單面頁、信文套印、繳費證明…等系統的程式開發與維護，確保系統穩定運行。 2. 需求管理：包括範疇管理、需求收集、分析和優先度排序，確保業務需求的準確落實。 3. 用戶需求訪談：與用戶進行需求訪談，並引導用戶完整填寫業務需求文件。 4. 需求文件撰寫：撰寫業務需求文件，確保使用者需求及業務流程的完整性，督導分析及開發人員依據需求進行功能規格的撰寫及開發。 5. 專案協調：配合專案需求，進行溝通與跨部門協調，掌握時程、品質與範圍。 6. 程式碼審查：執行程式碼審查，確保程式與需求一致性，提升系統的可靠性以及維持系統開發品質。 7. 廠商管理：管理駐點廠商人員(1~2名)，協助任務分配、進度控管、品質管理…等，確保需求及專案順利推進。 8. 其他任務：完成主管交辦的其他相關工作事項。
