The sensors enable devices to recognize their surroundings and to transmit the data collected. MEMS are part of the foundation for a networked world. Bosch Sensortec GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. Your day to day tasks and responsibilities include: 1) Technical lead for BST/LOP3-AP in Taiwan 2) Responsible for Production Planning, Order Management & Order Fulfilment for ASIC WLT w/ OSAT (incl. KPIs DP/DR w/ suppliers) 3) Business Process owner for ASIC Wafer Level Test operations and related B2B processes in Logistics 4) Local supplier interface from BST Operations Management in Taiwan & 1st Escalation level for supply/delivery issues 5) Operative interface for Transportation Forwarder Mgmt in Asia Pacific 6) Logistics lead for New Supplier Onboardings Wafer Level Test 7) Coordination of cross-functional operational issue resolution with OSAT, Logistics (GER), Quality (CN), Manufacturing Technology (CN), and Purchasing (TW) Qualifications Professional & educational requirements 1) Masters (minimum Bachelor) of business administration, business engineering or comparable, ideally with focus Supply Chain Management 2) Over 10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management within an international business environment, including roles requiring direct engagement with external suppliers and at least 2 years in leadership roles 3) Experience across multiple functions within Logistics and/or Manufacturing Coordination. Strong knowledge of supply chain procurement as well as manufacturing processes, preferably for frontend Wafer Level Testing Essential skills: 1) Mature, self-driven personality, leading with a strong sense of ownership, a big picture mindset and high commitment 2) Advanced negotiation capabilities with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes 3) Strong internal and external communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders 4) Proven ability to work effectively and coordinate within cross-functional teams in an international environment. 5) Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Mandarin and English 6) Results-oriented with a strong business mindset and solid analytical capabilities 7) Independent style of working, proactive in creating ideas and solutions particularly in process optimization, data analysis, and reporting 8) Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills 9) Experienced in working with ERP and/or MES systems 10) Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region (
