Job Description
The BU TWI Manager functions as an internal master trainer for the delivery of standard TWI J-Programs and an internal coach to guide successful adoption, implementation, and expansion of TWI within the business unit.
A foundational element of the Cornerstone Production System (CPS) Team Member Performance (TMP) pillar, Training Within Industry (TWI) is a front-line leadership development system focused on people at the point of work. TWI fosters process stability by building supervisors’ skills in Leading, Instruction, Improving Methods and Job Safety, enabling the achievement of true standardized work and accelerated organizational learning.
