At Wickes, our stores are all about creating great experiences for customers and colleagues. As a Twilight Retail Supervisor, you will be crucial in coordinating our twilight team and ensuring our store is perfectly prepared for the next day’s trading. Your responsibilities will include:

Store Operation: Taking ownership of twilight operations, ensuring stock gaps are being quickly and accurately replenished. You will drive efficiency and maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the store, overseeing all replenishment tasks to ensure precision and pace.

• Team Supervision: Motivating, guiding, and supporting your Twilight Replenishing Assistants to achieve optimal performance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Safety & Security: Ensuring safety is the first priority for yourself and your team. You will also be a key holder, responsible for the security of the store during your shift.
• Store Readiness: Overseeing the complete preparation of the store for trading, including accurate stock replenishment and maintaining a tidy and safe environment.

Permanent and Full-time, 39 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, 3 pm - 12 am.
