Miki’s Breakfast and Sushi is looking for TWO FULL TIME Servers!
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticperson to join our team!
The ideal candidate would be quick on their feet and have that lovely server personality.
Wage is Minimum Wage ($17.85/hr), plus inclusion in tip pool after training period with %20 off at Miki’s Breakfast and Sushi.

Duties (include but are not limited to) :

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary Front of House.

Skills:

• Experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communication skills to interact with both guests and team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST BE 19+ in order to prepare alcoholic beverages.
• Serving It Right Certificate
• Non-slip footwear
• Reliable form of communication
• Reliable transportation (vehicle/bike/walking - busses are not always available)
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
