POSITION 1:

Job description: The trainee’s primary task is to archive contracts in the contract management module of the Dynasty system, but possibly also other data management tasks and research funding support tasks such as reporting and communication.
Requirements:The task requires perseverance, the ability to work independently, and accuracy. In the task, you will learn to use the Dynasty system and gain insight into the management of research contracts.
Duration: 31.5.-31.8.2025
Salary: 1646,31 €/month

POSITION 2:

Job description & requirements: The trainee’s tasks include various activities related to research support services, such as preparing funding agreements for research projects (information search, communication with project partners and the funder, instructing partners and preparing documents), support activities related to funding applications (summaries of evaluation reports and other materials), communications (intranet news, newsletter, blog) and participation in event arrangements.
Duration: 31.5.-31.8. 2025
Salary: 1646,31 €/month
