JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking reliable and punctual Two-Wheeler Riders to ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods, parcels, or documents to customers and business locations. The ideal candidate should have excellent road knowledge, a valid driving license, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own a motorbike/scooter in good working condition (preferred).
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
• Basic literacy skills to read delivery instructions.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
• Physically fit to handle deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school education or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in delivery services, courier companies, or similar roles is an advantage.

• Pick up and deliver items to customers or business partners within the assigned time frame.
• Verify delivery information, including addresses and contact details.
• Ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods.
• Maintain the assigned two-wheeler in good condition through regular checks and servicing.
• Follow traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Collect payments from customers when required and provide receipts.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and report any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and reports.
