Our Montessori-inspired environment focuses on hands-on learning, independence, and emotional development, ensuring each child is supported in a safe, structured, and caring classroom. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO In this role, you will help shape the foundation of a child’s early learning journey by: * Creating and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans * Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development through daily routines * Maintaining a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment * Observing and documenting developmental progress and milestones * Guiding positive behavior and supporting classroom transitions * Communicating effectively with families about student growth and needs * Collaborating with co-teachers and school leadership to ensure consistency in care and instruction * Maintaining accurate records including attendance, reports, and incident documentation * Ensuring compliance with MSDE and OCC licensing requirements * Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for individuals who bring patience, energy, and a genuine love for early childhood education.
