QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks and data entry
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and general office procedures
  • Typing proficiency and attention to detail

Responsibilities

We are looking for a diligent, ambitious individual that is keen to become an integral part our business
The front of house role is very broad but full training and on-going support will be given. With the variety of this role your work life should NEVER be boring.

Duties / Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a great customer service and love working with a premium brand
  • Answer the incoming calls from prospective and existing customers and traders, providing quotes and answering queries.
  • Maintain and promote our brand “The Wheel Specialist” the number one Alloy Wheel Refurbishment provider for both public and trade.
  • Meet and greet retail and trade customers visiting branch daily and liaise with them and the team to ensure a smooth process
  • Work with director to manage and execute a successful sales and marketing plan
  • Manage and maintain contact information of trade and public customers utilising our software systems
  • Make contact with our lead enquiries , discuss barriers and assist in converting to sales
  • Work to clear guidelines within the job specifications and role
  • Strong Administration skills are essential.
