ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a remote position (work-at-home) based in Greece, where you will be providing customer support to users of a well-known streaming platform.
You will handle incoming queries related to accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues, always delivering a high standard of service and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist with account management, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting
• Maintain service quality and meet performance targets
• Escalate unresolved issues as needed
• Participate in regular training and development
