JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arab Typist with strong knowledge of Tas-heel services and all major UAE governmental procedures, including visa processing, labor contracts, immigration documentation, and Emirates ID applications. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, have hands-on experience working in a typing center or government service office, and be well-versed in the latest UAE labor and immigration systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be an Arab national
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE typing centers or government service offices
• Proficient in Tas-heel, GDRFA, ICA/Emirates ID, and eChannel systems
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy in both Arabic and English
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and visa processes
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple applications daily

• Prepare and type applications for various UAE government departments, including:
• Tas-heel (MOHRE) – labor contracts, work permits, mission visas
• Immigration (GDRFA) – entry permits, visa stamping, renewals, cancellations
• Emirates ID – applications and renewals through the ICA system
• Dubai Economy (DED) – trade license applications and renewals
• Ministry of Health, Municipality, DHA, etc., as required
• Submit and track online applications through official portals (e.g., Tas-heel, E-Channel, GDRFA, ICP).
• Ensure the accuracy of data entry and documents before submission.
• Communicate with PROs and clients to collect required documentation.
• Advise clients on required documents, procedures, and fees.
• Keep up to date with changes in UAE government systems and policies.
